I offer an EPC service in and around the Bideford and Barnstaple area of North Devon. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required whenever a property is sold or rented.

If you are selling or renting your home you must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property.

I will visit your property at a time that is convenient to you, normally within 48 hours and carry out the EPC survey, which on an average domestic property will take about 40 minutes.

I will assess your property and produce the certificate within 48 hours of this survey. I will then email you a link to your EPC on the official register, I can also email the link or copy of the EPC to your agent or solicitor if required. Your EPC will be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.

Please remember that you should organise your EPC before you market your property for sale or rental.
